BVI Charter Program
Have a boat in a BVI Charter program. Boat is based in Road Town. They informed me that they want to phase the boat out.
Question: Do I just sail the boat away ? Is it as simple as clearing out of the BVI and checking into the USVI ?
Boat is USCG Documented with St. Thomas, USVI as it’s home port.
