Want to remount my windlass ST 555
Looking for the plastic inserts to insulate the SS fasteners from the aluminum windlass casting.
Anyone have 4 or know where I can find them?

Not sure just they look like. But if you're looking for nylon washers and are in the US, you can get them at Lowe's, Home Depot or Ace hardware.

Hello,
I have the same issue they just broke apart on removal, as the insert heads have lips around the circumference it is probable not viable to find duplicates , I intend to sleeve the bolt diameters with a thin plastic tubing , only the depth of the metal base for the 555, may require a slight increase in 555 base diameter holes. ED

I'd imagine you could find it at www.mcmaster.com

Perhaps a "Flanged Sleeve Bearing" in Nylon or UHMW.

You'll need the diameter of the bolt and the diameter of the hole in the seatiger.

I recently places a used ST555 on my bow. I didn't have all/any of the bushings and so I just put in bigger diameter bolts.

Anybody have thoughts on what issues may creep up in the future?

You can use some thin wall plastic tubing over the bolts and nylon wasters under the bolt heads and achieve the same results. Lube the bolts with Tefgel before inserting them in the tubing.
