Selling a Mariners Learning System OUPV/six-pack captain's license online course and exam. This is the deluxe edition so includes hard copy guides, navigation tools, and a bag to keep them in.
I started the course in June, but due to a change in circumstances will not be buying the boat I had planned on, and will therefore not be able to get my license because I won't have enough hours of experience.
I have confirmed with Mariners that the course can be transferred. Asking $350 (was $595 new) - at this price you'll need to take the course and final exam in about 10 months (purchase is usually valid for 1 year, but I've had it for close to 2 months now).
