Raw water pump

Hello i have 1977 Fuji ketch looking for the water pump">raw water pump. Ant help would Be appreciated. Don't know what pump it is or even where to buy one . Thank you for any help Jeff

Has nothing to do with what your boat is ! Has to do with what the motor is ! Can't tell you anything without that info !

According to sailboatdata.com the Fuji boats of that time were powered by Westerbeke, for that size most likely a 4-107. If so the pump is most likely a Sherwood. But I bet what you really need is the impeller, unless the shaft is dripping, in which case the seal(s) are possibly the problem. Get a Sherwood service kit. Much cheaper than a new pump.

BTW, Westerbeke still offers parts for the 4-107, but IIRC they don’t sell direct. There are several places on the net that do, Discount Marine and Carp Coastal Marine are just two..

Post photos of your pump. Clean it as well as you can before you take them.
