Please identify A4vintage

IMG_2319.MOV
This is a video of what im trying to sell for a buddy but this is not like my 69 a4 in my Columbia 28. This is out of a wooden sailboat vintage unknown. This guy also has a all wood 1959 Palmer Johnson built for Bissel Family.

Re: Please identify A4vintage

I have no idea of how to post photos. I was just letting you know that yours didnt post. I assume you mean a Universal Atomic 4 engine. If it has the oil fill on the front of the engine and the transmission cover is a rectangle, it is the newer model. If the oil fill is in the rear on the side and the transmission cover is rounded on the front, it is the older model. Good Luck. Grant.

Re: Please identify A4vintage

Hmm , the vid is showing the oil reservoir tweenthe"trans" and block. Cover plate looks rectangular orsquare to me. Fwd of reservoir on strbd side is distributor then water pump.
I surmise it is definitely earlier than my 69...
