So...Zboss the bridge average Ht is 44' my mst 41.5' off water never had an issue even with antennas. I did purchase another non restricted slip for the "next" boat 9' water no bridge see here

Thanks hpeer. as I'm sure everyone does, I agonized over price knowing that I wasn't going to get back what I have in it. The apartment pushed it over the top. I had to build it to "age in place" standards as I took over the care of my mom. Nice ground level with ramp and well fitted out inside.
