For sale 12 volt Spectra 150T Watermaker

We removed this from our vessel a couple of years ago when we upgraded to an engine driven high yield water-maker. It was fresh water rinsed at the time and pickled. It has been sitting boxed up in storage since then. Make offerClick image for larger version

Hi...I'm curious as to what engine unit you went with?

This is what's wrong with that:

I believe the price is the one you are making. Good thing the forum police are on it...

Speaking of forum police, I'd like to make a slight correction to your statement.

Do you want money, or is it free?
It should have a comma after the word "money", and a question mark at the end of your question.

So there.

Re: For sale 12 volt Spectra 150T Watermaker

Ahh jeeze I don't know why I even bother coming here anymore. For those who asked, It was working fine when we pulled it. After 2 years sitting you might have to replace the Membrane or some o-rings. The output is only about 4-5 gallons per hour and we wanted more capability. We pieced a system together using Aqua Marines control panel and Membrane from an earlier project. Since the forum police demand a price I'll start with a million dollars and just add, O.B.O it retailed new for about $5500.00 and probably made 1500 gallons over the year we used it. The machine is in West Palm beach Florida.

If I could figure out how to remove the post I'd take it down but the iPad software doesn't allow me to edit so hafa go ahead and delete it please. I'll put it on a local bulletin board.

Please ask a moderator to remove it. My post was simply an FYI.

For sale 12 volt Spectra 150T Watermaker

Don't listen to the numpties. Got a mate in west palm beach. I'm visiting in September. I'd offer a few hundred pounds and it could stay with him and I could bring it back to U.K. After my holls. Sound ok ?
