For Sale: Exhaust Manifold for Universal 5411

This water cooled exhaust manifold fits the 2 cylinder Universal 5411. I tested it by pressurizing to 17PSI overnight with no leakage. Exterior is sound, cleaned and painted with high temp paint.

The looped hose allows me to keep a protective solution in the water portion.

This unit new sells for $933, w/o the fiberglass lagging, pipe and water injection elbow. The injection elbow is placed lower than the manifold, which assures no leak back.

Hello Cal,

My name is Brian. I have a Universal 5411 in my sailboat.
My engine is raw water cooled and has no device like the one you have listed on Cruiser's Forum. Is this Exhaust Manifold you have listed a way to convert my engine to one that is cooled by anti-freeze and avoid all the corrosion issued of raw water cool in salt water environment? Thanks. If so, I may want to buy it from you.

The manifold listed contains no heat exchanger, it's only the water jacketed manifold /reservoir. You'd still need a heat exchanger And possibly a water pump to convert.
