For Sale or Trade: Exchange Boat for House in Active Retirement Community

Hi, myself and my wife, Bill and Janet own a home in a retirement community in Estero Florida. This is a small city just north of Naples on the gulf coast. We are looking for somebody who would be willing to exchange their powerboat for a month, for the use of our home for a month. Our community has 8 tennis courts, 8 pickle ball courts, 6 swimming pools and 6 hot tubs. 27 hole par 71 golf course, putting green, driving range, and short game practice facility. A shuttle boat will escort you to the gulf coast beaches daily at no charge. Tennis and pickle ball are free, 18 holes of golf is $65. Practice facilities and driving range are free. Two restaurants on site will provide you with gourmet eating or casual dining. We have our boating certificates up-to-date. Being very experienced boaters, currently we own three boats. Two small fishing boats and an express cruiser up north at our summer home. We have travelled the Great Lakes from the Detroit River to the north channel 15 times. Your vessel will be very safe in our hands. Insurance policies will protect each others’ interests.
