Where in the Eastern Caribbean for renovations?

I'll be taking procession of a 41' sloop in Tortola, coming out of charter contract in spring. I want to add an arch with solar panels and dinghy davits. I would have expected to go to St. Thomas or St. Martin for renovations, but wonder if there has been enough recovery time after the hurricanes. Also wonder if prices might be better further south. I had a good experience with work by Fred Marine in Guadeloupe last winter. Also concerned about finding a yard with experience in setting up solar panels. Anyone done this lately?
