West Coast US inspector w/ultrasound and/or IR?

Hi sailors - I sail a high performance 40' boat up in northern California and we recently hit a rock pretty hard and damaged our keel. It destroyed the glassed front around the bulb, but we cannot detect any other visible breakage up through the keel into the keelbox.

In addition to dropping the keel to inspect for damage we want to make sure that there are no serious issues hidden in the frame or the hull. The original boat architect recommends ultrasound or IR inspection.

I've found a few somewhat outdated references on the site to ultrasound/IR inspection. We cannot find anyone locally to help us out who has the expertise. Anyone recommend an equipped inspector on the West Coast US who may be able to travel & inspect?
