Urgent!! Privete property to get haulout my boat in Miami

My Morgan 43 was recently damaged for Irma hurricane. The boat is still afloat but needs to get haulout urgently!!!
All boatyard are full with no certain date to have room.
I was wondering if any fellow knows a privte property for rent where I can haulout my boat with a crane and wait the availability of contractors to repair the damage

As a last resort, you could buy or rent lift bags to keep the boat afloat until a yard has room for you. Would require monitoring and the ability to refill the bags occasionally but maybe it's an option for you.

There is only one person at risk of total loss - your insurance underwriter. Ask them.

If the boat's engine runs, consider bringing it north to Georgia. Savannah yards have space.

Have you tried RMK Merrill-Stevens? They are up the Miami River, just west of the 12th Street Bridge. Phone: 305-324-5211. They have a big-enough travel lift.

I had a good experience there in 2014.

Where are you located? That makes a big difference.

But, as someone already pointed out, contact your insurance company. If the situation warrants, they will help make necessary arrangements.

Can you tell us what kind of damage you sustained? There may be a temporary fix that someone can come up with & there might be someone close by that can help. Also, do you have insurance?

A private property with a crane won't exist in Miami.
It will be a commercial property operating as a boat yard.

If you owned waterside property in a top-dollar market like Miami, and if you happened to have a heavy-lift crane with webbing slings there, would you also be willing to risk tens of thousands of dollars in environmental cleanup fees by having a boat abandoned on it?

Can't see that any rational "private" property owner would be able to help you this way. Spare cranes will be in high demand for months to come, all over SE Florida.

Have you tried all the way up the (IIRC) Miami River almost to the airport? It is at least a few acres of open land.

Worth driving by to talk to other boat owners there. If I can find the land owner's # for you I will PM you.
