Replacement windows Hunter Horizon 23

Hi all,

just bought a "project" and one of the key issues is the windows. You can see they have been bodged before and leaked over several years. Ideally I'd like to do a slightly better "bodge" in the short term to get the boat on the water then come winter refit to a higher standard. Does anyone have any actual experience of doing this ? Useful information might include - would it be ok short term to just refit/seal, what sort of plastic would you replace them with, screws or bolts (it appears I have screws on starboard bolts on port). What sealer to use (I've seen Sticky Backed Interseal mentioned elsewhere, any feedback on that). If you look at the pictures you can see what i'm up against. I'm pretty hands on but not tackled this task before so any suggestions appreciated.
