Repair of profurl on head sail

Need some advice on how I can find a person or company that works on profurl . I have a head sail that won't come out when you try using the winch. It also has an electric motor that will pull the sail out. The motor is in working condition but unable to let the sail out due to something keeping it from moving. I apologize if I am not using correct terminology. I am trying to sell my boat. Need to get this matter taken care of. Suggestions please!
