Question for a storage cradle pads over winter

I'm building my yacht on the backyard lawn so I figured I couldn't use wooden props. I made up a fully adjustable system using acrow props and they work fine. The pads are timber planed to the shape of the hull.

This is my first post here so I'm not too sure how images are posted. Let's see how this goes.
