Power Line / Sterling Battery Products

Hi anyone using the equipment listed, any reliability comments good or bad would be welcome.Thank you in advance
Powerline Battery Bank Isolators 130A (Charge 2 Battery banks from 1 Alternator/Solar/Wind source eg engine start battery and auxiliary bank and prevents batteries draining each other)
Sterling Power Products Digital Advanced Alternator regulators. (Increase alternator charge rate 300% – 800%, 4 stage charging, Battery temperature compensation.

I would strongly advise against any diode type isolator. Plenty of better solutions exist today such as combiners (ACR's or VSR's) and battery to battery type charges such as the Echo Charger, Duo Charger or Sterling's B2B chargers..

Personally I'm not a fan of Charlie Sterling's voltage regulators. No way to current limit, alt temp sense cut is not adaptive, not fully user programabble etc. etc.. The Balmar ARS-5 or MC-614 are much more customizable to fit your vessels needs....
