There are universal gasket types available, depending on your shape of gasket. I dont know where in the UK though. http://www.fisheriessupply.com/produ...ds=port+gasket

Lewmar has them. The problem is they have so many that if you do not have the product ID it is difficult to get the right one.

We had the same problem with ours - Lewmar . We had "old style standard portlights". I replaced all of the acrylic - took an old one and duplicated them on a router. I then removed all of the seals (12 of them), cleaned them up, cleaned up the aluminum extrusion, and rebedded the old seals. Worked GREAT. Lewmar has the seals for about $50 a pop.

i think i have 11 , so far id say half are leaking, the acrylic is well crazed but that doesnt bother me, they are small portlights not structural, but at uk £45x11 thats expensive for a few bits of rubber! anyone tried silicon grease on the seals? heard it can stop them leaking?

If you are going to this trouble, I'd suggest that you change out the acrylic. It's an easy project - just pull one out and have someone make duplicates for you on a router table. Cost is VERY nominal.
