Beneteau First 325 Rudder Bearings

Looking to rebuild my rudder when I haul out for the winter. I have some vibration in the wheel when motoring and some play in the rudder shift so want to have the bearings and bushings on hand. This is for a 1986 Benetuaeu First 325.

Any help on the job, particularly sourcing parts and/or dimensions would be appreciated. I can turn my own so would like have the delrin stock on hand. My understanding is the bronze splt bearings may be fine to reuse but the grp rudder column will need to be built back up from the bearing turning with the shaft.
