Its a Boss radio. The former radio isn't that old, it just didn't have BT, so the existing harness was fairly modern.

I replaced the harness matching colored wire to colored wire when replacing the harness.

Red is "ignition switch "
Yellow is "constant power"

I have matched those and tested with a multimeter. Red to black gets voltage, Yellow to black gets voltage.

I checked the fuse and its fine.

Just because you see voltage with no load doesn't necessarily mean you have a good connection. Try connecting a light bulb or some other load and see if it lights up.

Bad ground connection for example can look good on voltmeter but no good under load.

You can also try reconnecting the old radio and see if that works.

If that works and the new one doesn't, and you're sure it's connected right, then:

1. You're not turning it on right -- read the manual.

or

2. A fuse somewhere -- inline or inside the unit

or lastly:

3. Dead unit. Rare but not unknown for something like that to be DOA. I've just been through a DOA AIS unit, on which I wasted many hours trying to diagnose.
