Yanmar 4jhe Heat Exchanger O-rings

Hi everyone,

I've been having a hell of a time trying to find either a part number or a parker size for the o-rings that seal the end covers on Yanmar 4jhe heat exchanger assembly.

I've attached a picture from the service manual, which maybe I'm overlooking something, but doesn't have that information called out. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thanks much.

I don't have the PN but got some a couple years ago with no problem via an authorized parts dealer

I have a parts manual for the 4JH2 series, and believe that part to be the same for the 4JHe:

Thanks for looking this up for me. Unfortunately it looks like they're not the same unit. Ill keep snooping the web, I guess if I get desperate enough I'll just pop the cap and measure it.

Hi
Yanmarshop.com indicates p/n 24321-000750, this is 75 mm Oring (unsure whether OD or ID, unsure of thickness)
Should be easy to find at an approved dealer, and mine 80 mm for 3jh3e engine) were not too expensive

Hi all,

Thanks very much for the help. Greenwave sent me the parts listing, and I've ordered the parts. I'll measure the o-rings and post the dimensions when I get them so they become community knowledge. But yeah, not overly expensive!

Thanks again for the help!

Re: Yanmar 4jhe Heat Exchanger O-rings

Last time I wanted to order the o-rings, I found two different part numbers for two different sizes, with no indication which was which. Being lazy, I just ordered several of each. Used one set and threw the rest in the spares box.
