Is the engine running (I couldn't hear it on the video)?

Could be a chaffed wire in the wiring loom but at the rate it flashes, I think this would only occur with the engine running - vibration related.

Assuming it isn't a sail drive, the Yanmar loom has a wire for the sail drive seal and this wire is left loose in the loom; it might be shorting out against engine?

Have you pulled the panel and had a good look behind it for any loose wires or corrosion or broken insulation?

What engine and how many hours?

Two engines and two panels?

Try disconnecting the oil pressure switch wire as well as the sail drive seal sensor wire (if fitted) and see what changes.

Disconnect the sensors as in the post above with engine off. If all the lights go out it could well be one of the diodes on the alarm buzzer allowing current back to the other warning light.

That's your temperature warning light. It seems to start slow and increase. Does it eventually stay on. My first thought would be it's getting hot. Only after ruling that out, I'd start tracing the wiring and checking the sensor.

Hmm. I had something similar happen when sailing off shore in boisterous conditions. Salt water splashed on my Yanmar's panel and shorted out the alarm, causing it to sound weakly and intermittently for no reason. It got so bad, I had to cut the wire to it.
