Vetus parts? where? am i not looking in the right place?

So I am buying a boat with a Vetus 42. Ill be back in the USA this month and want to buy spares.

using Google, every Vetus dealer that comes up doesnt have engine spares or engines.

Am I not doing this right?

can some one refer me somewhere where I can place an significant order for spares?

Depends on the spare. Stuff like impellers, fan belts, pencil zincs, starters, alternators, head gaskets etc. will not be Vetus and can be sourced anywhere. If the base engine is still Mitsubishi you can find out what model it is and look accordingly.
