Replace Yanmar engine mounts???

I just pulled my Yanmar 3GMF and the starboard rear mount seems to be more flexible than the others. Does this mean it should be replaced, or both rears replaced?? The front port mount is newer than all the others--should the one on the other side of it be replaced as well?? Have read some of the other threads on motor mounts and the links and there are no references to replacing in pairs. Your wisdom is appreciated. Thanks, MarkH

Yanmar uses softer motor mounts on one side of the engine, on some engines. Here is a reference:
