you don't have a water pump">raw water pump on this engine unless it's in a small boat. A tractor, land based generator, whatever won't have the raw water pump.

(FYI: the raw water pump is driven by the cam gears, when the seal leaks, and the weep holes are clogged water can migrate to the crankcase.)

you really need to get a radiator pressure tester. I'd be willing to bet the head gasket is out again.
