Thumbs up oil flush?

hello, just wondering if i can do an interim oil flush, using ?what?

- kero?
-degreasers???!!!
-anything else?

how would i pressure flush?

engine not running at mo but could be soon. sump is 6.5 L

cos the engine has stood for a couple years, and when i drained the sump there was some gluggy black sediment.

I would try doing an oil change first.....Putting anything in like solvents would not protect the rings and bearings well....

A couple oil changes and new filters.......
