Should be able to loosen setscrews on donut and slide it back a bit. Mine has two screws in each hole, so watch for that. There needs to be some tension in the bellows to keep it from leaking.

Update:
Project completed... new mounts, re aligned.. PSS shaft bellows tensioned (moved aft end forward a bit to tension the bellows) and no leaks at all RPMs. Thanks to all for the suggestions and support.
