Is a good place to fix and upgrade a 40ft Cat?By good I mean not expensive.cheaper accomodations nearby, Decent security, Storm protection, low labor cost, decent skilled labor....good incoming parts transport with no tax........Suggestions please. (Of course the place must be able to haul the cat.)

or Grenada (Spice Island Marine or Grenada Marine)
or Sint Maarten (Bobby's Marine, although immune to storms)
or St Lucia (can't remember the name, but it's part of IGY, also not immune to storms)

Which part of the Carib?

Here in the NW Carib, there are a few good yards, which can handle a 40' cat, on the Rio Dulce and in Honduras.
