Maine cat 41 partnership, or, under $100k

Rescued a mc41, new mast,rigging,engines,gps, etc.
, losing interest, and would rather sail my new to me trimaran.
Motoring from New Orleans on Sunday to pick up her new mast in Charleston.
Consider any options.
Partnership under 100k, long term lease?
She has an additional $30k in the bank for final improvements and has $30k worth of goodies that were just shipped

In general, boat partnerships are as much fun as a root canal; and why would anyone "lease" someone else's vessel, when the same monthly payments could be used to to service a loan for their OWN vessel?

Re: Maine cat 41 partnership, or, under $100k

Aircraft partnerships are very common, and my four partnerships were very sucessfull, they came with a buyout either way and the boats had great value.
My reasoning is i have too many boats, of course i woundn't partner with just anyone. A mc rents for $6000 a week and in a partnership it would run closer to $1,000 a month
A used Maine cat 41 runs $350k and i am looking for $100 for half, with of course a buyout.
I have a new to me 40x34 all carbon racing trimaran i would prefer to sail, so i won't be using the mc very often and prefer not to sell her.

I think I posted this one on my "Cheap multis" thread when it was for sale as a salvage project. It was storm damaged from Hurricane Harvey in Texas last year. The top was totally smashed so looks like some work has been done.

I like Maine Cats.
