Looking for Two Staterooms

Does anyone know of a production cat that offers the option of two staterooms only, assuming one port one starboard. I noticed the new FP Mahe' 36 Evolution has that option but we were looking for something in the 40 – 45 foot range with a little more head room (I am 6’6”).

I know very little about the boat buying process and how they are built, but I would imagine they don't build too many in advance. So if you were buying new, I would think you might be able to work out with the builders to have the port side mirror the starboard side - I know with most owners versions the starboard side is 1 cabin with 1 head. I can't imagine it would take too much redoing of things at their end, although I know very little about boat building

If you are buying used, then clearly that's a whole different story I suppose refitting would be an option though.

You can get that with the Maverick 400. She is 40ft, but more like the size of a 50ft boat inside.
