An interesting Multi-Hull website: http://multihullmaven.com/
Here is a comparison of monohulls, catamarans and trimarans that covers all the key issues of multihull (or not) sailing. Quickly pick up the basics, or delve much deeper into any of the issues in which you are particularly interested.

Multihull website

When viewing the Multihull Maven site, be aware that there are several cats that are not included in their comparisons; Manta, Dolphin and Edel are the first to come to mind. I got the impression that the site concentrates on companies that do several models to the exclusion of the one-model manufacturers.

Hi, I am working at Multihull Maven on putting the boat information on the site. Sorry we do not have all models yet, as Harriet says. The good news is that we are working on it right now, though it will take some time to get all the boats up. I am happy to reassure you that we are not just going to do the popular models - our goal is to detail every sailing multi model afoat and the start on power multihulls.

You can read about our plans on http://www.multihull-maven.com/article.php?id=132

Missing Boats: Voyage & Maxim

I was supprised to see a couple of missing boats:

Voyage Yachts. Their 440 was the first Cat to ever win overall boat of the year by Crusing world (not just the overall cat).

Maxim Voyage 380, just nominated for catamran of the year by Crusing World for a cat under 40 ft.

I love the boats, but I am biased. We own a Voyage 380.
