Thanks for all the input guys.

I went for the 3 bladed flexofold 17X12 prop. The size was a recommendation from Flexofold after I gave them all the stats for the Maverick 400. I am very happy, the prop looks well made, I have no problem going in reverse either. The prop has great thrust, at just over 2000rpm I am doing 7.5 to 7.6 kts. I still have to check the max revs but have got to 2900rpm with no problem. I am pretty sure I will get max rpm of the motor when I try.

Just put two FlexOfolds on my cat. No data yet. Still on the hard. They were very helpful in the sizing selection and offered to swap blades if their suggestion was not optimal.

Simple design. Robust. Hope I like them or I am 5 grand lighter for nothing. Got 4 extra zincs thrown in.
