That report was 2 years ago...an inspiration for building my solar boat,
the solar part, not the $24 million part..
More along the lines of my boat is this one (however, me thinks this one is not so pretty..)

We watched the smaller one come and go in our neighborhood prior to there start. Bare bones boat, a fun chalenge, but no ac, watermaker, or blender.
