I’ve been talking to the owner of Windswept. Very cool boat. Would be a serious contender if it was just my wife and I, but with the kids not so much.

Is the pod totally cantilevered from the mid beam on Vitalia II? That's some crazy ****.

Re: A couple interesting boats hit the market

I wonder what the water-to-bridgedeck clearance is?

Enough for a guy standing up in a tender to pass underneath while they were sailing

I was on board of Windswept II while moored. Very very very exciting boat, exudes speed like no other boat. Unfortunately spaces are like those of a 33' mono but with a huge cockpit.

I’ve had a look around this cat, “Full Circle”. She is a REALLY great boat, very well thought out and very nicely built. Her owners commissioned her and put a lot of their ideas from many years of cruising experience into her. She’d definitely be on my shortlist if she were a little less expensive!

I agree. The electric propulsion is interesting but also a bit scary. I wonder why it wouldn't be worth while to add more solar and also use them to charge the propulsion battery bank? Maybe the high voltage makes it more challenging?
