1996 Kelsall 36 ft SunCat

We have a 1996 Kelsall 36 ft SunCat we'd consider selling as is. She's crossed oceans. She needs paint topside, bottom and inyterior, and other maintenance. I'll be doing all that soon. Afterwards the price will more or less double. (as will my expenses).

She's built of divinycell foam with a glass skin. Beachable keels. Wide hulls. Good bridgedeck clearance. 36 ft LOW. 22.5 ft Beam, 3 ft Depth.

Shrouds are new, Refer is new. Full Batten main. StackPack on mainsail. Self tacking Job. Sheets run to the wheel for single handing. Spini. Lewmar winches, 10 Vetus hatches. Sunny interior. Yanmar diesel is good and serviced this week.

Big galley, 12v refer. Propane stove. 2 Queen size beds and one full size, in 3 seperate cabins. Big house bank of 4 golf cart batteries plus 2 G.31 starter batteries. Main salon turns down to a 4th. Lots of storage. Davits. Great boat.

Alas we need to sell for health reasons. Dream over for us. It's breaking my heart. She's been my home for 18 years. She is in Florida. And she rides fine on her waterline. Not a sunken wreck at all. We need a smaller boat for weekends and will consider trades for a bluewater mono or a sport fish or dive boat.

Nothing under boats for sale, no links to an ad elsewhere, no photos. And the price is half as much as it’s gunna be !

I’m guessing if the initial price is low enough then it may in fact double in value after paint and maintenance. Sadly we don’t know what the initial price is. I ve got a friend in S Florida that likes the Kelsall designs and is looking for a cat but I have no way of passing him along any info on this Kelsall.
