1995 Gemini - Centerboard repair

Hello everyone!

I am looking at a mid 90's Gemini and one of the centerboards is broken. Assuming there isn't trunk damage also, how urgent is that to repair?

I would prefer to use her all season and haul out in the winter to repair that, and reseat windows etc. Just not sure how it will effect the sailability.

Thanks!
