On Board is a page that you can follow sailingboat Willow and her captain Luke Benson, as they prepare to sail 8,000nm across the pacific in late June 2014.

Since enrolling in my first sailing school on the Gold Coast Queensland, Australia back in 2008, I new that deep offshore sailing was something that I was going to experience. After following sailing boat Lionheart that was crewed by 17 year old sailor Jesse Martin back in the 90's I was inspired to live an adventurous life, to face new challengers, and to expand the mind. My adventurous nature has taken me to over 20 country's through Africa, Asia, Europe, South America and now beautiful Canada. My travels has been some what of a life coach for me, and I hope to inspire our youth to be adventurous in all that they do, as Jesse Martin inspired me all those years ago. So I'd like to welcome people of all agers to come with me on this trip of self discovery.
