Thru hulls C&C48

I am looking for information on the placement and size's of all the thru hulls on a C&C 48. I am getting ready to replace all of them and I am unable to find any information online about them. Looking for the hull thickness also.
If I had time on my side and access to a wide array of parts I would just wait until I had it on the hard to check them. I have none of that.

The boat is in Tahiti. I am in Hawaii. Access to all the parts is on the mainland. So I need to take as much with me as I can and am leaving on the 30th of December.

I need to replace the cutless bearing. I have the shaft at 1 1/2 OD. I have a choice between 2 in OD or 2 3/8 OD any one know what one I need for sure?

If no one knows, could you please direct me to the right location to find the info.

Thank you
John
