Anyone ever owned or sailed one of these?

Before I travel 1000 miles to look at one just looking for some feedback, please.

Pros, Cons, etc...

They're good boats. I've seen one with eye aft bunk changed fore and aft. I think that'd be nice especially in a rougher anchorage and possibly offshore also.

Chainplates usually leak and some boats have had the bulkeads rot from this.

Overall a nice boat. Sails well
