Rigger - Victoria BC

I am looking for a rigger to do some work on a 20' sail boat - mast, boom mods & new running rigging hardware installation. I know of Blackline & other large rigging shops but would like to find a less expensive, mobile rigger for 1 or 2 days work. Has anyone used someone they can recommend?

Alternatively:

Does anyone know of an experienced sailor who does rigging work but is not a full-time rigger?
