Repairing rudder bearings on hunter 340 sailboat
The rudder on my 340 has to much play and is allowing the rudder to move upward to the bottom of boat. I could use so some information

Not sure about the specifics of the Hunter 340 rudder bearings; however on my Pearson 26 I rebuilt the bearings using epoxy thickened with carbon. Dan Pheiffer describes the method well on his P26 page (does it still exist?).
