Pearson 26 vs Grampian 26

I'm considering both of these models as a starter boat for cruising Lake Michigan. All else being equal, which would you prefer to be on for a trip up to mackinaw island?

P26 is 5400 pound displacement and 16.74 SA/disp
G26 is 5600 pound displacement and 16.54 SA/disp

I read lots saying Grampians are good solid seaworthy little boats and large inside for their size, but not sure how this compares to the Pearson 26??

Pros and cons? Experiences with either?

Re: Pearson 26 vs Grampian 26

The P26 is a good sailing boat, judging from ones I have sailed near. I suspect they are quite comparable, but I believe the Grampian has better accommodations. Here's a nice review of the Grampian.
