Oyster Heritage 37 head wall separation issue.

As there were only 35 Oyster Heritage 37s built this is a long shot.

I am looking at purchasing a Heritage 37 but a recent survey revealed that the head wall that runs fore & aft has separated from the floor. The same issue occurred on SV Florence and I am looking for any owners who have experienced the issue and how they corrected it.
