Hunter 37.5

After 6 months of seriously looking at the sailboat that fits my wife and I, and how and where we want to sail, we are looking at a couple of Hunter 37.5's this weekend. From those of you that own, have owned or have sailed this boat, any suggestions or things we need to make sure we look at? We are very close to pulling the trigger for the right one.......yes, subject to a survey.......and since this will be sailboat number 4 and probably our last boat, (previously a Catalina and 2 Newports), we want to make sure we do it right.

We would appreciate any guidance this group can provide.
