in reality you are in deep ****,why you accept and pay this repair. what is with turbo you replace turbo dont spining. make video and only solution you must resolve with your mechanic.

try explain us here slowly before you find this mechanic

Check each injector by cracking the hig pressure fuel line while running... Note any difference in engine behaviour.. Drop in RPM or not.
If the engine was running OK before injector/turbo replacement I'd say you have a dodgy injector or a faulty turbo leaking coolant or oil into the intake or exhaust... Hence the smoke... Noise?
Get your new injectors tested
