Crew Available: Looking for a crossing of the North sea

Hello good folks. 32 yrs old french male here with his 27 girlfriend. We’re looking for a skipper that would be leaving Norway this summer, to the UK, Faeroe or Shetlands. None of these need to be the final destination, but this is where we would disembark. We have no sailing experience (or close) but are fast learners, good cooks, and we’re hard working. We are obviously willing to work our passage, but would also certainly pay for it, along with the shared costs. We’re good company. I also take advice if you have any.
