We are currently anchored in Santa Barbara.
Considering the spring winds and the swell wrapping around we would like to find a slip for a few weeks so that we can knock out a few canvas projects, watermaker install, wiring upgrades, and the such. We've found it quite difficult to do these tasks on anchor here. The wind is very localized so hard to predict even with PredictWind. The Anchorage is wonderful but the spring WNW swells are getting in here propper.

There are some slips available for transient boats but most are asking 2/FT per night. $2100 for 3 weeks is not in our realm.

Wondering if anyone has any leads, friends, cruiser friendly folk that have a slip that might be vacant and would like to collect some rent.

I hope everyone in this forum realm is doing well and the boat to-do list is surprisingly short.

When we were in SB this past summer the transient rates were pretty reasonable for SoCal (assuming availability) - this website says $1.50/ft which jives - it was $61.50/night for our 41-footer.

San Diego's guest berths are $1.21/ft if you want to make the trip.
