Not sure how much of cruising guide you need. Its so small. If your heading there from Salinas, go at night when trades are down. It gets tough beating into trades. West coast of Vieques has DRNA moorings to hook up. DRNA moorings were free last time i was there. Make sure you stop at palominito for a day, that's where they filmed famous beach scene for one of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. On Culebra Luis pena canal can get a bit rolly when you pick up a mooring there. Most folks anchor on dakiti. Isla culebrita is a nice day trip even on a dinghy. Ferry to Fajardo was 1.25$ last time i was there. in Fajardo, you can rent a car to go to walmart and hardware store. We went to El yunque for a day trip.

On Culebra, Milka is the supermarket, I remember Mama Cita being a nice hotel/restaurant, also there was a restaurant called dinghy dock. Tarpoon were gigantic at the dinghy dock. Almost the size of my dinghy. A lot of folks visiting take a small plane from San Juan. North side of Culebra has famous Flamenco beach where backpackers go to camp. Cant anchor there, its exposed.

Place is very nice for diving and spearfishing. One of my favorite places.
