Seaboats Brokerage in New Zealand?

Our boat Corroboree is still for sale here on Cruisers Forum:

I have received a shotgun marketing email from a George Pappas at Seaboats Brokerage in Christchurch, New Zealand, who is looking for boats to broker. He has more buyers than he can satisfy, apparently. Does anyone have any experience dealing with them? Are they a reputable outfit? Here i a link to their website:

PS. Do check out my listing for Corroboree, link above. She was built in Auckland, New Zealand, actually, out of Western Red Cedar and Kauri. She now has 31,709 miles under her keel from our circumnavigation over the last 6-1/2 years, and she is a grreat liveaboard boat. We are in Boca Raton Florida at the moment and will be moving her to Brunswick, GA, in late October.
