Any recommendations for a surveyor for a catamaran purchase in Phuket /Langkawi? Anything in specific that impressed you with your recommendation?

Negative recommendations are welcome, too.

Also, without a broker (FSBO) how would you recommend transferring title and escrowing of funds? It may be worth it to hire a broker for that part if it comes to that.
