Hi Greg,
Many years ago, a friend taught me a great lesson in dealing with those that thought I had lost my mind. He would listen to them intently, then looking them staright in the eye, would politely say, "You know ... you're absolutely right" ... then go on about his business as though he had never heard them at all. The results we're always positive ... I know it may sound strange, but ya gotta try it to believe it!
